All charges include lighting, heating and, unless otherwise stated, light use of the kitchen(e.g. for snacks only).Anyone requiring a let which does not fall within the times listed should contact the bookings officer.

The Hirer is responsible for leaving the premises as found after use. A refundable deposit of £50 is normally required at the time of booking. The Hirer should note that the cost of repair or replacement for any damage incurred will be charged to the named Hirer. They may wish to tkaer out their own insurance to cover any possible damage.
